Annotation:

The paper provides analysis for 60 cases of pyoinflam‑
matory diseases of children aged six to eighteen. When the pathol‑
ogy was uncomplicated, no clinical evidence of intoxication was ob‑
served. If the odontogenic abscesses were evident, the tachycardia
of toxic genesis was registered in 40% of cases. Such clinical features
as feeling unwell and transient tachycardia should not be complete‑
ly referred to endointoxication because they might be considerably
caused by children›s pain syndrome and psychoemotional stress.
