Legislative problems of transplantology

Legislation of the Russian Federation, regulating the transplantology area, and the project of the new Federal Law “About organ donation, their parts and organ transplantation” were analyzed. The question was studied in relation with civil and penal laws. Juridical and medical aspects of transplantology and its legislative regulation are analyzed.
