The review is devoted to the analysis of epidemic outbreak of Middle East respiratory syndrome in Republic of Korea during May–July, 2015. The peculiarity of the disease outbreak became its nosocomial type. The general amount of patients from May, 11 to July, 10, 2015 was 185 people, 35 died (lethality – 18.9 %). The description of epidemic process dynamics and analysis of its parameters (daily morbidity and mortality growth, length of mortal diseases, risk groups, etc.) is presented.
