The national health care reform conditions on the background of adverse health outcomes, priority of health care with the vector in the prevention of disease and disability, sharply raises the problem of modern social and hygienic studies aimed at improving enforcement and health agencies. Due to the absence of a broad network of specialized rehabilitation institutions, able to provide physically challenged children with a comprehensive medical, social and educational assistance, and insufficient regulatory documents regulating their activities. Many years’ experience of the staff of Center for Restorative Medicine and Rehabilitation allows to make a number of proposals, the implementation of which in practice will enhance the level of care.
