Annotation:

Given the review of the literature and the own observation of POEMS-syndrome in the patient of 37 years old. Described the stage-by-stage diagnostic search as a result of which a correct diagnosis was established in a timely manner and the patient was transferred to the hematology unit for pathogenetic treatment.
