Фармаконутрициология некрахмальных полисахаридов

Аннотация:

Обзор литературы, посвященный химической структуре, физико-химическим свойствам, фармакологической активности и пищевой ценности некрахмальных полисахаридов, представляющих одну из самых сложных и разнообразных в химическом отношении групп органических соединений. Описаны физиологические эффекты и механизмы действия некрахмальных полисахаридов в организме животных и человека. Показана роль этих соединений в предупреждении общественно-значимых заболеваний, таких как сердечно-сосудистые болезни, ожирение, диабет, кишечные дисбиозы и колоректальный рак. Некрахмальные полисахариды подготавливают основу для создания новых функциональных продуктов, биологически активных добавок к пище и фармацевтических субстанций.
